MyHaus Tech Co., Ltd. (“MyHaus”) uses cookies to collect personal data of users while visiting or using services on the website https://synergygrowth.co.th/en/myhaus/ and MyHaus application (the “Platform”), to enhance the services of the Platform and facilitate users. This Cookies Policy is intended to inform the users of the definition of cookies, the types of cookies used, and how cookies are used and managed by MyHaus.

1. What are cookies?

2. What types of cookies does MyHaus use?

MyHaus only uses strictly necessary cookies. This type of cookie is strictly necessary for the function of the Platform in order that the Platform will always function normally and continuously. MyHaus uses strictly necessary cookies for the following purposes:

• Language Preferences: to remember the language selected by users.
• User Token & Session Management: to enable users to open new pages in other tabs within their web browsers without the need to log in again.
• Project ID Management: to enable users to switch between their different projects when opening new pages in other tabs within their web browsers.

3. Period that cookies are stored in users’ devices

MyHaus will store cookies as necessary for a reasonable period of time, the duration of which cookies are stored depends on the type of cookies.

• Session Cookies are only stored when users access the Platform through a web browser and are automatically deleted when users close the web browser.
• Persistent cookies are stored even after users close their web browsers. These cookies remain on users’ electronic devices until they expire or are deleted. This cookie will record user interest information so that subsequent use of the platform will display the results most accurately to the users’ interest. In this regard, Users have the right to delete persistent cookies at any time
