Be ready to navigate the complex relationships that make the business world run and find the actionable insights that translate into new and innovative ideas for technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1db954\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><strong>Job Scope:<\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Function as the point of contact for the business for all feature requests before approving\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control the business expectations and providing options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee all bugs notifications to seek new opportunities to decrease cost of operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All the technical costs and collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy of CAPEX and OPEX<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1db954\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><strong><strong>Your Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:<\/mark><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Translate business requirement into business \/ functional test case &amp; test scenario<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with business user in accessing Urs and initiate to support and enhance the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain relationship with business user community to understand business requirements and priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as interface between the product team and business user community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct workshops to elaborate requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop functional specifications taking input from Solution Designer and Engineers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop high level estimates for UR efforts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare traceability matrix mapping test case specification to function specification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarify functional questions raised by development team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead all UATs and SITs with the various business stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help estimate all business impacts including sales, time to market, and productivity cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1db954\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:<\/mark><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelors (Must), Masters Preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Analysis Experience of minimum 3 years\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web\/App experience Required, Preferred areas of experience in Retail, Trade Finance, Payments etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have documented business requirements in live projects.
