Responsibilities:
Manage and onboard supplier group assigned from negotiation phase to onboarding, ensuring the supplier/partners are well taken care of while driving incubation sales of first 3 months.
Scope:
- Seek and research new suppliers to fulfill the assortment plan as assigned by the strategy.
- Assist suppliers to onboard from beginning to end.
- Manage the onboarding of suppliers as assigned to your specific category.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Research suppliers to identify the proper partner to build the categories as assigned.
- Build and manage the specific category strategy with the Head of Business Development.
- Negotiate and process the contracts for all the suppliers within your own supplier list.
- Oversee the onboarding process of suppliers, working with the Web Operations team.
- Build campaigns for the first 3 months for each suppliers in order to drive the KPI’s.
Qualifications:
- Fun and cheerful personality who likes to travel and communicate with people.
- Outgoing personality who enjoys large crowds.
- College degree a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or related fields.
- Ecommerce Experience is a plust
